Tenants will be carefully selected – financial and employment references being obtained as required. All viewings will be accompanied. In certain circumstances a Guarantor will be required.
An Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement will be drawn up in most instances and the necessary Notices will be served. If breaches of covenants or arrears require us to take legal action we will normally only do so after discussing the matter with you and you would liaise with your lawyer. Any legal fees would be your responsibility.
We always try to renew Tenancy Agreements after the initial term has elapsed.
